Scope of These Terms

These terms govern your use of our website and the purchase of products through our online store. Product-specific descriptions, the information displayed during checkout, and any order confirmation form part of the information relevant to your purchase.

If a product listing contains a specific condition that applies to that product, please read it before ordering. If any provision of these terms conflicts with a mandatory legal right, the applicable legal right will take precedence.

These terms do not require you to create an account unless the website expressly states otherwise during the ordering process.

Products & Product Information

We aim to describe and display our products accurately. Product images are provided to help identify items, but colours, finishes, packaging, labels and minor visual details may vary depending on photography, display settings or manufacturer updates.

Before placing an order, please review the product listing, including where available:

  • Product name, description and intended application.
  • Part numbers, references, dimensions and technical details.
  • Vehicle makes, models, years or variants identified in the listing.
  • Quantity, included components and any stated limitations.
  • Price, delivery information and any relevant product-specific conditions.

If an important detail is missing or unclear, contact us before ordering. We will make reasonable efforts to clarify the information available to us.

A product description does not replace professional advice where a product requires technical assessment, specialist fitting or vehicle-specific verification.

Vehicle Compatibility & Part Selection

Automotive parts may vary by model, model year, engine, trim, production date, chassis or VIN, market specification and previous modifications. A similar appearance or a matching vehicle name does not necessarily establish compatibility.

  • Check the part number and compatibility information before ordering.
  • Where appropriate, compare the original part reference with the information in the listing.
  • Provide accurate vehicle details if you contact us to ask about compatibility.
  • Where compatibility remains uncertain, obtain confirmation from a suitably qualified technician or the vehicle manufacturer before installation.

Any compatibility information we provide is based on the details available to us and the information you supply. It is not a guarantee for a vehicle whose relevant specifications or modifications have not been disclosed.

Compatibility guidance does not limit your statutory rights if a product is not as described, is not of satisfactory quality, or is not fit for a purpose that was made known to us and accepted by us where the law provides a remedy.

Orders & Contract Formation

When you submit an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products under the information displayed at checkout. An automated acknowledgement that your order has been received does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted.

A contract is formed when we accept your order, normally by sending an order confirmation that indicates acceptance. If our checkout or confirmation process specifies a different point of acceptance, that information will apply provided it complies with applicable law.

We may need to contact you or decline an order where, for example:

  • A product is unavailable or a listing contains a material error.
  • Payment has not been authorised or completed.
  • Information required to process the order is incomplete or inconsistent.
  • We have a reasonable concern about a suspected fraudulent or unauthorised transaction.
  • Delivery to the supplied address cannot reasonably be arranged.

If payment has already been taken for an order that we cannot fulfil and the order is cancelled, we will arrange any refund due in accordance with applicable law. We will not knowingly substitute a materially different product without your agreement.

Please check your order details before submitting payment. If you notice an error afterwards, contact us promptly. We will explain what can reasonably be changed, depending on the order’s status.

Prices & Payment

Product prices are shown on the relevant product pages and at checkout. The total payable amount, including any applicable charges and taxes disclosed to you, will be shown before you place your order.

Standard delivery is offered at £0 for eligible orders under our current delivery arrangements. Any optional charge or exception will be disclosed before you commit to the purchase.

We use the payment methods made available at checkout. Your payment must be authorised and completed before an order can be processed, unless an alternative arrangement has expressly been agreed. We do not ask you to send full payment-card details by ordinary email.

We take reasonable care when displaying prices and product information. If a material pricing error is identified before acceptance, we may contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price or cancel the order. If the order has already been accepted, we will handle the issue in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances of the transaction.

Any refund due will normally be made using the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise or the law requires a different arrangement. The time taken for funds to appear in your account may depend on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping & Free Standard Delivery

Our standard delivery charge is £0 for eligible orders. Delivery arrangements and any available delivery estimates are shown on the website or during checkout.

Processing and transit times can vary depending on product availability, order volume, carrier operations, destination and circumstances outside our reasonable control. Any delivery estimate is an estimate rather than a guarantee unless we expressly state otherwise.

You agree to:

  • Provide a complete and accurate delivery address and contact details.
  • Review any delivery instructions before submitting your order.
  • Contact us promptly if you receive tracking information that appears incorrect.
  • Notify us if an order appears delayed, missing or delivered with visible damage.

If delivery is delayed, we will provide reasonable assistance using the information available to us. If a parcel is missing, we may need to make enquiries with the carrier before determining the appropriate next step. This process does not remove any remedies available to you under applicable law.

Where a delivery fails because the address supplied was incorrect or because delivery instructions could not be followed, please contact us. Any redelivery arrangements or additional charges will be explained before a new charge is incurred.

For further information, see our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Order Cancellation, Returns & Refunds

8.1 Cancelling before dispatch

If you wish to cancel an order before dispatch, contact us as soon as possible at sales@qualityautoservices.shop and include your order number. We will confirm whether the order can be stopped before it leaves our fulfilment process. If it has already been dispatched, you may need to follow the applicable returns procedure.

8.2 Online change-of-mind cancellation

Where the law gives you a right to cancel a distance purchase, you generally have 14 days from the day after you receive the goods to notify us that you wish to cancel. For orders delivered in separate instalments, the applicable period may run from receipt of the last item.

After notifying us of cancellation, you generally have a further 14 days to send the goods back, unless a different statutory arrangement applies. Please contact us before returning an item so that we can provide the appropriate return instructions.

8.3 Condition of returned products

You may handle goods to the extent reasonably necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, as you would be able to do in a shop. You may be responsible for a reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary, where the law permits such a deduction.

Where possible, return products with all included parts, accessories, documentation and packaging. Please take reasonable care when packing items for return. Original packaging is helpful but will not, by itself, remove statutory rights where goods are faulty or otherwise legally non-compliant.

8.4 Return postage

For a change-of-mind return, you may be responsible for the direct cost of returning goods where this has been clearly communicated to you before purchase and the law permits it. If goods are faulty, damaged, misdescribed or otherwise covered by a statutory remedy, the applicable legal requirements regarding return costs will apply.

8.5 Refunds

Where a statutory cancellation applies, we will issue the refund within the legal time limit. For returned goods, this is generally no later than 14 days after we receive the goods back or receive evidence that they have been sent back, whichever occurs first, subject to applicable law.

Refunds will normally be made using the original payment method. We will explain any lawful deduction before completing the refund. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to show the funds in your account.

Some goods may fall within specific statutory exceptions to change-of-mind cancellation rights. We will rely on an exception only where it applies to the relevant product and circumstances. This does not remove rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods.

Read the full Returns & Refunds Policy for the procedure and further details.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Goods

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us as soon as reasonably possible if an item appears damaged, faulty, incomplete or different from what you ordered. Include your order number, a description of the issue and, where useful, photographs of the item and packaging.

We may ask for information reasonably necessary to assess the issue and identify the appropriate remedy. Do not discard an item or arrange a repair at our expense without first contacting us, unless immediate action is reasonably necessary for safety or to prevent further damage.

Under applicable consumer law, goods must meet relevant standards, including being of satisfactory quality, fit for a particular purpose made known to the seller where applicable, and as described. Depending on the circumstances, legal remedies may include a short-term right to reject within 30 days, repair, replacement, a price reduction or a final right to reject.

The remedy available depends on the nature of the issue, when it arises and the applicable legal rules. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights.

Product Use, Installation & Safety

Vehicle parts and accessories must be selected, handled and installed in a way appropriate to the product and vehicle. Some products may require installation by a suitably qualified person or compliance with vehicle-specific requirements.

  • Read product instructions, labels and safety information before use.
  • Do not use a product if it appears damaged, incomplete or unsuitable for its intended application.
  • Do not modify a part or use it outside its stated purpose unless the manufacturer permits it.
  • Where a part affects vehicle safety or roadworthiness, obtain suitable technical advice before installation or use.

Unless expressly stated in a product listing, our sale of a part does not include installation, vehicle inspection, mechanical repair or other workshop services. Any separate service would need to be expressly agreed.

Nothing in this section excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so, or limits rights relating to goods that do not comply with applicable law.

Website Use & Intellectual Property

We aim to keep the website available and its information reasonably current, but we cannot promise uninterrupted access or that every page will always be free from technical errors. We may update, suspend or change parts of the website when reasonably necessary.

You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious code or use it in a way that violates applicable law.

Website text, branding, graphics and other content are owned by us or used with permission, unless stated otherwise. You may use the website for personal shopping and lawful informational purposes. You must not reproduce or commercially exploit website content without permission, except where permitted by law.

Product names, logos and trademarks belonging to manufacturers or other third parties remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance on our website is for identification and product information and does not, by itself, imply endorsement or affiliation.

Liability & Consumer Rights

We are responsible for supplying goods in accordance with the contract and applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.

If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection law, including rights relating to the quality, description and fitness of goods or applicable distance-selling cancellation rights.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for loss arising solely from a use of a product that is contrary to its instructions, an unauthorised modification, or an application that could not reasonably have been anticipated from the information supplied to us. This does not exclude responsibility for a product defect or breach of contract where the law provides a remedy.

If you are buying wholly or mainly for business purposes, different legal rules may apply to certain rights and remedies. Any limitation in these terms applies only to the extent permitted by the law governing the relevant transaction.

Privacy & Personal Information

We use personal information as needed to process orders, arrange delivery, respond to enquiries, administer returns, maintain records and meet legal obligations. Payment details may be handled by the payment provider selected during checkout.

Our handling of personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy. Information about cookies and similar technologies is available in our Cookie Policy.

Please ensure the contact and delivery information you submit is accurate and relates to a person authorised to receive the order.

Complaints & Customer Support

If you have a question or complaint about an order, please contact us with your order number, the product involved and a clear explanation of the issue. Where relevant, include photographs or other information that may help us understand what happened.

We will review the information provided and respond as soon as reasonably practicable. If we need further details or time to make enquiries, we will explain what is required where possible.

Our contact details are provided below. You may also use our Contact page.

General Terms

15.1 Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes to our business, website or legal requirements. The version applicable to an order will be determined by the terms in force when the relevant contract is formed, unless a change is required by law or agreed with you.

15.2 Severability

If any provision is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent that they can operate independently.

15.3 No waiver

If we do not enforce a provision immediately, this does not mean that we have permanently waived our right to enforce it later.

15.4 Third-party services

The website may link to third-party websites or services. We do not control the content or practices of external sites, and their own terms and privacy notices may apply when you use them.

15.5 Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the relevant part of the United Kingdom. If you are a consumer, you may also benefit from mandatory protections and may be entitled to bring proceedings in the courts available under applicable law.
